Swissnex is the Swiss global network connecting Switzerland and the world in education, research and innovation.
Our mission is to support our partners’ outreach and active engagement in the international exchange of knowledge, ideas and talent. The six main Swissnex locations are established in the world’s most innovative regions. Together with around 20 Science Offices and Counselors based in Swiss embassies, we contribute to strengthen Switzerland’s profile as a world-leading hotspot of innovation.
The name is no coincidence. A nexus is a connection or series of connections linking two or more things. And that, essentially, is what we do. Operating as part of a concerted network, in cooperation with another location or independently, our locations offer expertise and services designed to consolidate Switzerland’s reputation as a leading innovator. Our work strengthens ties with partners worldwide and fosters the international exchange of knowledge, ideas, and talent.
