Swiss Startups in the Spotlight at NY Tech Week

Five Swiss startups will showcase their technologies during the largest decentralized tech conference.

New York | May 12, 2025

A cohort of five Swiss startups will attend NY Tech Week from June 2 to June 8 as part of the Startup Camps in New York, powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex. From finance to retail to disaster risk management, these companies represent the breadth of tech innovation in Switzerland.

During their stay in New York, the startups will get an introduction to the US market covering topics including sales and messaging, fundraising, intellectual property, and other legal aspects of market entry, as well as a workshop on pitching to American investors. They will then have the opportunity to engage New York’s vibrant tech ecosystem during tech’s largest decentralized conference, where they will be able to build international connections, and explore business opportunities.

The participating startups are:

  • AIquant | A quantitative asset management firm that leverages data-driven algorithms and AI to enhance investment outcomes. Its flagship offering, Finlens, is a SaaS platform for digital investment product creation, distribution, and automated investor reporting.
  • Atenia AI | Simplifying Kubernetes management with HiK8s, a platform designed to make clusters easily accessible for engineers of all skill levels. HiK8s centralizes data, provides real-time insights, and offers AI-driven recommendations for seamless optimization.
  • Efides | Developing AI-powered software that automates due diligence in commodity trade finance. Their platform connects commodity traders with banks, reducing costs by up to 50% and increasing revenue for both traders and banks.
  • Identic AI | Identic AI transforms a single product image into interactive 3D models and AR experiences. Designed for e-commerce, it helps brands boost engagement, increase buyer confidence, and bring the in-store experience online.
  • REOR20 | REOR20 uses cutting-edge AI and fluid dynamics to deliver fast, high-res flood simulations. From insurers to city planners, it helps predict and manage flood risk—building resilience in a changing climate.

Also during NY Tech week, Swissnex is cohosting the European Tech Rooftop Social & Pitch on June 5 in collaboration with a coalition of European trade agencies, consulates, and innovation organizations, to spotlight Europe’s unique edge in global tech.
