Together with a select group of partners and leaders from the Switzerland and Massachusetts, we will celebrate a quarter-century of connecting Switzerland with Boston’s world-class education, research, and innovation community.
The evening will feature remarks from the State Secretary for Education, Research and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Martina Hirayama, a special video message from former CEOs of Swissnex in Boston, and the official launch of Planetary Embassy in Boston. Set in a festive, planetary-themed atmosphere with an edible installation, the reception will reflect on Swissnex’s legacy, honor the people who built it, and look ahead to the next chapter of Swiss–US collaboration.

Jeffrey Pratt
Floral DesignerJeffrey Pratt is the designer behind Farm and Son, a floral studio shaped by years of creating, experimenting, and growing up on his family farm in Pennsylvania. Those early days surrounded by fields and seasons became the foundation of his style—organic, textural, and always a little unexpected. Before working with flowers full-time, Jeffrey spent years behind the camera, developing an eye for composition and atmosphere. That background naturally blended into his floral work, giving his designs a sense of movement and storytelling that has become his signature. Today, Jeffrey’s approach is rooted in instinct, play, and a deep love for color and form. He creates modern, sculptural floral pieces for weddings and editorial projects, always aiming to make the work feel alive, personal, and memorable.
