As diplomatic environments grow more complex and information-dense, the challenge is no longer access to information, but the ability to interpret and act on it effectively. While AI is already used by missions to support tasks such as drafting and transcription, a new shift is emerging: AI as a tool for continuous analysis, structured data processing, and strategic insight across diplomatic workflows.
This closed-door lunch briefing will explore how AI can evolve from a productivity layer to a decision-support system for multilateral diplomacy. Through practical use cases and forward-looking perspectives, the session will examine how AI can help track positions across negotiations, analyze patterns over time, and support anticipation and coalition-building.
Organized by Swissnex in collaboration with the Permanent Mission of Denmark, the session brings together delegates for an interactive exchange on how to operationalize AI in diplomatic contexts.
Attendance by invitation only.
