How can we make our future food system more equitable and just?
We are excited to host an exchange of change makers in the food system, talking about how they tried to bring about change, what has worked and what's still left to do.
We are joined by the vegan drag-cow Soya the Cow, performed by Swiss artist Daniel Hellmann. The discussion will explore different forms of activism and their experience — Soya is using drag to draw attention to animal rights and the virtue of vegan diets, while entrepreneurs are using business to change consumer options.
This event is organized together with the SF Chapter of Food Hack.
