Facing Midosuji, the Champs Elysees of Osaka, the Swissnex Window offers a glimpse into Swiss ingenuity and excellence.
Launched in 2023, the yearbook serves as a platform for dialogue on key topics such as sustainable construction, innovation, and excellence in Swiss architectural design. Through this initiative, the exhibition aims to foster discussions that shape the future of architecture while celebrating the creativity and expertise of Swiss architects. Through immersive scenography and a carefully curated selection of projects, the exhibition reflects the diversity and ingenuity of Swiss design.
Running until February 21, 2025, the SAY Swiss Architecture Yearbook exhibition invites visitors to explore groundbreaking Swiss architectural projects and engage with the broader conversation on sustainable and innovative design.
The opening of Swissnex Window #3: SAY Swiss Architecture Yearbook attracted a diverse audience interested in architecture, design, and sustainability. Dr. Felix Moesner and Fiammetta Pennisi highlighted the exhibition’s role in fostering international dialogue on sustainable construction and urban innovation. Curator Yuma Shinohara provided insights into the yearbook’s vision and contemporary architectural trends. The evening concluded with a networking reception, encouraging meaningful exchanges among attendees.
The realization of this exhibition would not have been possible without the dedicated support of esteemed partners, including Adecco, the Swiss Architecture Museum (S AM), Werk, Bauen + Wohnen, and the Federation of Swiss Architects (BSA FAS).
