The Delegation from the University of Lausanne visited our partners in Rio de Janeiro to learn more about their social initiatives to improve health care and sexual education and to fight child abuse and violence against women. By connecting the delegation with local partners, Swissnex enabled the group to immerse itself in the reality of Rio de Janeiro and its social policies and to develop socially innovative business ideas. The students will present their projects to our local partners and the Swiss Ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Pietro Lazzeri, during the NexGen event next August 9th. It will be an excellent opportunity to discuss social innovation in Brazil and create new connections for future collaborations.
