Climate Collider: Fall 2026 Cohort

Meet the Swiss startups joining the fifth edition of Climate Collider, powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex, to explore the US climatetech ecosystem and build transatlantic partnerships.

August 6, 2026 | Boston & New York

A cohort of eight Swiss startups will travel to Boston and New York this September as part of Climate Collider, the climatetech Startup Camp powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex. Bringing together Swiss and American startups working on solutions to climate change, the program aims to strengthen transatlantic collaboration and connect founders with two of the world’s leading climatetech ecosystems.

From September 14 to 18, participants will be in Boston, home to world-leading research institutions, pioneering climate startups, and incubators and accelerators including Greentown Labs, The Engine, and The Alliance for Climate Transition. The week will focus on peer learning, expert feedback, workshops, and networking within the region’s innovation ecosystem.

The program continues in New York from September 21 to 25, where the startups will participate in Climate Week NYC, engage with key stakeholders and industry leaders, and showcase their technologies through networking and pitch events. As cities around the world accelerate their decarbonization efforts, New York offers a unique environment to explore policy-driven climate innovation and commercial opportunities.

The participating startups are:

  • BCHAR | BCHAR provides turnkey biochar production systems that manage the full process from biomass input to biochar output, combining automated hardware with built-in MRV software for transparent carbon credit generation.
  • BOROBOTICS | Borobotics develops autonomous electric drilling robots for shallow geothermal boreholes, making ground-source heat pumps accessible where conventional drilling is too costly, disruptive, space-intensive, or impractical.
  • NEOLOGY | Neology develops ammonia-based solutions for hydrogen supply and clean power generation, enabling zero-emission energy to replace diesel in off-grid applications across data centers, industrial sites, construction, telecom, mining, and agriculture.
  • PROSEED | ProSeed develops industrial drying solutions that improve speed, energy use, output quality, and footprint through a proprietary real-time control system and advanced process modeling for precise moisture removal.
  • REMATTER | Rematter develops lower-cost, fossil-free and circular alternatives to structural concrete floors, using digital design and robotic prefabrication to create high-performance building systems from earth and timber.
  • SEPARATIC | Separatic develops atomic-precision porous graphene membranes for advanced gas separation, transforming molecular sieving through award-winning research from the University of Fribourg and patented deep-tech innovation.
  • TREELESS | Treeless develops bio-based, fossil-free alternatives to harmful and polluting materials by harnessing microorganisms to create more sustainable solutions for advanced material applications.
  • VERRETEX | Verretex transforms waste glass fibers from end-of-life composites into high-performance recycled textiles and compounds that can replace virgin materials in industries including wind energy, automotive, marine, and sports.
