Ana Andrijevic, visiting researcher at Harvard Law School from the University of Geneva, joins us to discuss the impact that generative AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT are having on copyright law in Switzerland, the US, and the EU.

Ana Andrijevic, University of Geneva

Ana Andrijevic is a PhD candidate at the University of Geneva, a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School, and an affiliated researcher at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University and the Digital Law Center at the University of Geneva. Her work focuses on the impact of generative AI on copyright under Swiss law, with a comparative analysis with European Union and US law. Her research has been supported by several scholarships in Switzerland and Canada, which have enabled her to carry out a series of research stays at ITS Rio (Brazil), the Max Planck for Innovation and Competition (Germany), the Center for Law, Technology and Society (Canada) and Harvard Law School.
