New cohorts open quarterly, so you can also apply for future cycles. Submit your application by April 17th to join the Q3 2026 EnergyTech cohort.
Overview
Startup Camps, powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex, are designed to help Swiss startups with strong international potential take their next step abroad. In Brazil, the program offers an immersive experience that supports startups as they explore opportunities and establish a presence in the country.
With Swissnex support, startups can choose São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro as their base and define an appropriate start date. Each camp provides:

Swissnex Support
Tailored support from Swissnex in Brazil, including a personalized agenda with virtual and in-person meetings with relevant stakeholders

Logistics Support
A stipend to support travel to the selected location, plus access to Swissnex offices as a home base during the program

Agenda Curation
Curated opportunities to schedule meetings around major conferences or participate in sector-specific cohorts

Networking & Ecosystem Access
Full access to Swissnex’s network, along with ongoing updates on relevant ecosystem events
Camp Tracks
Depending on their level of readiness and objectives, startups can join a camp focused on early market exploration or one tailored to more advanced expansion efforts, ensuring aligned support at each phase of the decision-making process. Discover the types of camps available:
Market Validation Camp
One-week to one-month program, the Market Validation Camp gives the startups the opportunity to get to know their chosen target market in person, test their business idea on site, chat with local teams of experts and then develop a tailored market-entry strategy

Market Entry Camp
One- to three-month program designed to accelerate your startup’s expansion and help you establish a strong presence in a new market. During the camp, startups can connect with potential clients, industry experts, and talent, as well as engage with corporations, research labs, technology parks, and service providers

Who can join Startup Camps
The camps are open to Swiss startups that meet Innosuisse’s eligibility requirements. Startups that don't meet at least one of the criteria below are encouraged to first apply to Innosuisse’s Core Coaching program.
