Swissnex in San Francisco hosted a group of 25 students from the EMBA Program on Digital Transformation from the University of Zurich for a workshop on responsibility in the digital age. The purpose of the session was to expose students to divergent visions from Silicon Valley. More specifically, we covered four aspects of system thinking through moderated discussions: tech for good, do no digital harm (including privacy and data security considerations), social cohesion and the regenerative economy. Throughout the workshop, students reflected on the impact and responsibility of their leadership mindsets and business models.

The Executive MBA on Digital Transformation by the University of Zurich is equipping participants with the critical skills and frameworks to position themselves for success in the coming wave of disruption. Participants learn how to initiate and lead digital change, re-invent the business model of their company, and how to stay innovative, disruptive and agile in this volatile and rapidly changing business environment.
