An ETH Zurich computer science graduate, Philipp is Co-Founder and CTO of robinreal, where he turns the messy machinery of residential rentals into automated software that feels simple. He leads the technical side with a fondness for purposeful AI, clean systems and decisions made without unnecessary detours.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Frameway, Yannick leads product and user experience design, shaping how Frameway makes professional video editing faster, simpler, and more accessible.

He has been building software since he was 14, when he launched his own social network that grew to thousands of users. He studied Computer Science at LMU Munich and later spent two years as a Software Engineer at BMW. Before starting Frameway, he also ran a social media agency with his cofounders, where he experienced firsthand many of the video editing bottlenecks Frameway is now built to solve.

Olin is a Computer Science graduate from ETH Zurich who has always been more interested in what technology can do for a business than in technology for its own sake. He specialized in machine learning and learning systems, and alongside his studies pursued research in neural network compression, publishing a spotlight paper at ICLR. He balanced the academic side with hands-on stints across finance, consulting, and start-ups.

Today he is building Cartorga, a platform that naturally integrates AI into advisory work, enabling consultancies to scale their expertise across a client's organisation.

Max Giang is the CEO and co-founder of Mano Games, where he builds educational games that make young people want to learn. He leads the commercial side of the company, opens the partnerships that carry it, and still teaches every week in Mano's own tutoring academy, where families test the games with their own children. He took Mano into the Supercell AI Innovation Lab, the program run by the studio behind Clash of Clans, and he won the Swiss final of Red Bull Basement 2026. He spent ten years as a private tutor before Mano. He trained as an engineer at ETH Zurich, and joined Combat IQ as employee number one, where the team built the vision system the UFC uses.

Chris is the techy co-founder of the Swiss startup Cartorga. Between conducting research at ETH Zurich, UTokyo, and the University of Cambridge, Chris has developed automation solutions, trained vision ML models, and acted as software lead for a student association that won multiple awards at NABC.
Minecraft taught him CompSci, Cambridge taught him rugby, and LinkedIn taught him to larpmax.

As co-founder of RAROG, Alexander helps build rescue technology that locates people using the radio waves emitted by their everyday devices, like phones, watches, and medical electronics. The idea was born on a hiking trip, later incubated at ETH Zürich's UPortunity accelerator, and is now being adopted by mountain rescue teams. He holds a PhD in wireless systems from KU Leuven, developed within a pan-European research network working alongside major telecom operators and research labs on mmWave technology and communication protocols.

Lucas co-founded Perlin Bio, an ETH Zürich startup that designs enzymes computationally and builds them in the lab, with the aim of improving how pharmaceuticals are manufactured. Computational chemistry, protein design models, and the infrastructure to scale is what usually keeps him busy. His early work on de novo enzyme design appeared on the cover of "Angewandte Chemie".

Growing up in a family of advertisers still shapes how he works: technical detail gets translated into clear language and clear visuals, so that teammates, clients and investors can focus on the decisions rather than the decoding.

As CTO of Frameway, he is responsible for all things AI, helping shape the technology behind Frameway’s vision for making professional video editing faster and more accessible.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and brings experience from the UBS AI Lab, where he worked on applying AI to real-world problems.

As Co-Founder and Head of Lab at Perlin Bio, Moritz leads the wet-lab side of a Basel-born startup that designs entirely new-to-nature enzymes to replace inefficient, energy-intensive chemical processes in pharmaceutical and fine-chemical manufacturing. He built the company’s cloning, expression, and screening pipelines from scratch, turning a machine-learning enzyme-design algorithm dreamed up with friends during his master’s into a validated, benchtop reality. Perlin Bio has since incorporated as a Swiss AG, raised its first funds from institutional and private investors and landed its first paying customer.
Moritz holds a MSc in Biotechnology from ETH Zurich’s Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering, where his master’s thesis explored multiplexed transcriptional regulation in mammalian cells using CRISPR-Cas12a, and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Vienna.

Mukhtar is a biomedical engineer who aims to bring innovative medical technology to people who need it. As Regulatory Affairs Manager at Softletics, he achieves this by bringing an innovative prosthetic to market for arm amputees, safely and effectively. Before joining Softletics, he collaborated with a neurorehabilitation clinic to research and develop assistive technologies for users. He holds an MSc from ETH Zurich.

An ETH Zurich graduate, Sebastian is Co-Founder and CEO of Robin, where he is rebuilding how Switzerland rents: one AI-powered search across all portals for seekers, one automated workflow for landlords and property managers.
