Sebastien Pridmore
Visual ArtistSebastien Pridmore is a French-Swiss artist who grew up in Switzerland and now lives and works in California. His practice explores the intersection of traditional materials and emerging technologies. For over a decade, he has developed paintings using natural pigments such as coffee, charcoal, cacao, mineral earths, and minerals including lapis lazuli and malachite, drawing inspiration from pre-industrial painting traditions. Alongside his studio practice, he experiments with immersive media, translating physical artworks into VR environments that allow viewers to step inside painted landscapes.
