Join us on Thursday, November 19 for a conversation ahead of the AI Summit in Geneva next Summer.
Your voice, on the road to the next global AI Summit 2027.
Every year world leaders, tech companies, researchers, and civil society gather at a global AI Summit to decide how humanity should handle the most powerful technology of our time. In 2027, Geneva will host the next global AI Summit, following Bletchley Park, Seoul, Paris, and New Delhi. What gets discussed there will shape the rules, priorities, and safeguards around AI for years. Most people never get a say in it. This evening, you can.
What is Geneva Loading…? Geneva Loading… is a program that brings together a group of Swiss AI experts from research, policy, business, and civil society to prepare for the summit.
This November, the cohort is spending a week (Nov 16-20) in the Bay Area meeting the people who build, fund, regulate, and challenge AI. They want to hear what Silicon Valley gets right, what should change, and what the world should be talking about in Geneva.
The evening opens with a talk by Irene Solaiman, Chief Policy Officer and SVP of Strategy at Hugging Face. She’ll share her perspective on the opportunities, risks, and choices ahead as the world prepares for Geneva, followed by a short Q&A.
After Irene Solaiman’s talk and a short introduction of the Geneva Loading… cohort, attendees will join one of six roundtables:
AI and sovereignty
AI governance and regulation
AI safety and frontier risk
AI, democracy, and media
AI in high-stakes settings
AI oversight and human judgment
Why join?
– Hear a frontline perspective. Irene Solaiman of Hugging Face opens the evening with a view from the heart of the AI ecosystem.
– Meet people you wouldn’t otherwise meet. Swiss policymakers, researchers, and leaders alongside Bay Area founders, engineers, investors, and thinkers, all in one room.
– Be heard where it counts. This isn’t a panel you watch from your seat. You’ll take part in small group discussions with the people heading to Geneva, and what you contribute will directly support their preparation for the AI Summit.
– Stay for networking and drinks. The conversation keeps going in a more casual setting.
Seats are limited to 60 people
