Susan Cholette
Professor, Decision Sciences and YF Chang Endowed Professor in International Business at San Francisco State UniversitySusan Cholette is a Professor of Decision Sciences and the YF Chang Endowed Professor in International Business at the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Operations Research at Stanford University and her B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering at Princeton University. Her research focuses on supply chain efficiency and sustainability, especially for the food and beverage sectors.
