On October 13 in Geneva, the Swissnex Quantum Summit 2025 will bring together key ecosystem builders across borders and across sectors to discuss how to accelerate breakthroughs and shape the quantum economy, from education and research to commercialization and scaling.
In recognition of the hundredth anniversary of the development of quantum mechanics, the UN has declared 2025 the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology. Building on a century of quantum research, recent breakthroughs have brought us to the threshold of a new quantum era. In order to realize the benefits of these transformative technologies, governments, universities, and companies across the world are investing heavily in quantum research and innovation, as well as talent and workforce development.
The Swissnex Quantum Summit will explore the best practices in building robust quantum ecosystems at the local and national levels, and connecting them across borders. The summit is one element of Swiss Quantum Week, a series of events in Geneva inviting the world to connect with Swiss excellence in quantum research, innovation, education, and governance.
Connecting Ecosystem Builders
The Swissnex Quantum Summit seeks participants actively shaping quantum ecosystems and supporting the growth of this new technology in their respective countries, including those from:
