Bio
Stéphane Haddad
Associate Dean Executive Education Programs, EHLMr Stéphane Haddad has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and M&A. He began his career in 1995 at JP Morgan Chase in London and later worked in venture capital. Since 2002, he co-heads the M&A Construction team of London-based merchant bank Nash & Co. He received an MBA (Finance) from CASS Business School, London and a Master in Management from ESCEM Business School (French Grande Ecole). At the EHL, Mr Haddad is a senior lecturer in finance at both bachelor and masters levels and has developed a digital course for EHL’s online platform.
He also supervises SBP and Capstone projects. Mr Haddad is also a visiting lecturer at ESCP Europe and a supervisor for professional thesis. Mr Haddad has strong skills in sourcing of transaction opportunities, business and financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring and negotiating. He has built an extensive network of relationships with finance and investment professionals.

Founder, Freya HealthMs. Xiaodong Wang lived in Switzerland for 20 years and is deeply involved in the field of preventive and rehabilitation medicine and health management. She is the co-founder of Guobin International Medical Center, founder of Freya Health, co-founder of VIRARRA Healing Center, and Chinese representative of IEPP (Institut Européen de Physionutrition et de Phytothérapie).

Hongjie Wang
Chairman, Shandong H&C Property Management Co, Ltd.Mr. Wang Hongjie is the chairman of Shandong H&C Property Management Co, Ltd. (H&C) and Vice Chairman of the Shandong Real Estate Industry Association. Wang graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature and Language at Shandong University. He holds an EMBA from CEIBS and a HEMBA, the joint program between CEIBS and EHL.
Before starting H&C, Mr. Wang worked at the Shandong Provincial Department of Construction. Under his leadership, H&C embarked on a transformation towards both Mergers & Acquisitions and globalization. H&C expanded into Malaysia, Cambodia, Spain, the UK, the US, Canada, and Papua New Guinea. As of 2018, the company counted service projects across 21 countries and regions, served over 1 million homeowners, and employed more than 20,000 employees worldwide, making it China’s first home-grown international property management company.
