Come learn from industry leaders about the potential and pitfalls of robotics in our AI-powered future
Swissnex and the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce invite you for an evening where we’ll dive head-first into the world of robotics. By uniting industry leaders from Switzerland and the US, attendees will get the chance to hear from companies that work at the cutting edge of robotics development. The speakers will share their analysis of where reality could be headed and what all companies should start thinking about to confidently navigate this emerging future.
Now is an exciting time to follow robotics advancements for several reasons, with both Switzerland and the Bay Area leading the way. In the Bay Area, the rapid evolution of generative AI and machine learning has driven the integration of advanced AI capabilities into robotics, making machines smarter, more adaptable, and increasingly autonomous; venture capital investment in robotics startups remains strong, particularly in Silicon Valley. Major tech companies such as NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and Tesla also invest heavily in robotics research, evidenced by projects like Tesla’s Optimus humanoid and Google’s Everyday Robots initiative.
While Silicon Valley continues to push the boundaries of AI-driven robotics, Switzerland has long been a leader in precision engineering, automation, and cutting-edge robotics research. By engaging with developments in the U.S., Swiss businesses can gain valuable insights into emerging trends while also showcasing their own strengths on the global stage.
Whether you are already a technology-savvy robot enthusiast or a skeptic, we invite you to join this evening of reflection and orientation!
