    Ms. Qing is a future AgFood enthusiast and former entrepreneur. She has years of experience in Food & Agtech and holds the value of scientific and technological innovation transforming. Ms. Qing specializes in technology trends, business development and communication.

    Xiang Gao

    Distinguished Professor and Chair of Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Fudan University

    Prof. Xiang Gao is the Distinguished Professor and Chair of Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Fudan University since 2022. He is currently developing a University-wide Institute of Nutrition, Fudan University. Formerly, he was Assistant Professor (2010-2014) at Harvard Medical School, and Associate Professor (2014-2020) and Full Professor (2020-2022) at the Penn State University. He was also the Schreyer Distinguished Honors Faculty at the Penn State University. His research interests include nutritional epidemiology, neurological diseases, and global health. He has served as the PI of several NIH-funded R01/R21/R03 projects since 2009. He has published more than 300 articles in peer-reviewed journals and served on several national committees.

    Managing Partner, Bits x Bites

    Mr. Joseph Zhou is managing partner at Bits x Bites, a pioneer agrifood VC focusing on the most critical challenges in the Chinese food system. He leads new investment development, portfolio management, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. Joseph has 15 years of investment experience across both sell side and buy side. Prior to agrifood, he invested in China’s international education sector. Joseph has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Business School.
