The Swiss-Israel Startup Exchange Program—powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex—gives Swiss startups exclusive access to key contacts and collaboration opportunities in Israel. After four successful years of running the Swiss-Israel Lean Launchpad Program, we’ve refined our approach to address the pressing need for a more resilient healthcare system. This 5-week hybrid program brings the bold, agile, and impact-driven Israeli innovation mindset to the heart of Switzerland, focusing on start-ups ready to validate and scale technologies that can transform healthcare delivery, infrastructure, and patient outcomes.

Structure: 

• June 30 – Aug 3, 2025 – Online Programme
  Average of 2 hours per week for online meetings during week 1 and weeks 3-5 (this includes group sessions with Israeli entrepreneurs, and domain experts as well as 1-on-1 mentoring sessions)
• June 9 – 10, 2025 – 2-Day Seminar in Zurich, Switzerland
  To fulfill the full potential of the program and the networking in Israel, some additional work might be required (such as re-writing pitches, reaching out to potential collaborators, etc.)

A program tailored to the needs of each participating startup, including a seminar in Switzerland and and online sessions with key figures of the industry.

The program is designed for founders/co-founders actively seeking a product-market fit in the set vertical, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and possessing commitment and passion for their ventures. Startups must be enrolled in Innosuisse Coaching program (Initial, Core, or Scale-Up Coaching, or have received a Certificate within the last three years).
