We delved deep into the intersection of mindfulness and leadership in today’s dynamic world. From the enriching insights of Stefanie Neumann and Christoph Hoffmann from ZHAW, to the profound overview of Japanese Zen culture by Zenryu Kawakami, and the thought-provoking talk on long-term thinking by Shoukei Matsumoto, every moment was filled with inspiration and wisdom. The interactive workshop provided a platform for fruitful discussions on leadership, fostering connections between diverse perspectives in both English and Japanese. We discussed the following 3 questions, and we received colourful results after this!
–What does leadership mean to you? (Management vs. Leadership)
–How can we support «Long term thinking»?
–What are your experiences with building resilience / mindfulness in work contexts?
This event was a testament to the power of collaboration, bringing together experts, business leaders, researchers, and professionals to explore the transformative potential of mindfulness in leadership and its alignment with long-term goals.
