Roberto Siano, Lecturer at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), will introduce a few fun facts about how serious games can be used in learning, teamwork, and professional settings.
Then it’s time to play! Swiss and Japanese players will take part in a series of short team challenges involving strategy, intuition, and a little luck. The games are simple to learn, so you can jump right in, meet new people, and have fun!

Roberto Siano
Lecturer, Zurich University of Applied SciencesRoberto Siano is a psychologist, lecturer, and consultant at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where he specializes in the psychology of play, gamification, and serious games. His work explores how game-based methods can support learning, behavioural change, and organisational development.
He is also CEO of Spielbüro GmbH, which develops game-based formats and experiences for educational and professional settings. His expertise additionally includes leadership and team development, personnel assessment, negotiation, and conflict management. Through his work, he combines applied psychology, education, and game design to make complex topics more engaging and accessible.
