NextStep Info Session 2026

Swiss Vocational Education and Training (VET) is gaining attention internationally as a model of cooperation between educational institutions and companies. This seminar will introduce you to an internship program targeting graduates of Swiss VET, opening new opportunities for Japan-based companies.

The event will feature not only the introduction of the NextStep internship program itself, but also presentations by companies that successfully hosted Swiss interns, followed by a networking session. We look forward to welcoming companies interested in learning more about the program and potential participation.

    Chief Engineer, Kajima Corporation

    Keiichi Komatsu is Chief Engineer at Kajima Corporation’s Kansai Branch. With extensive experience in architectural design and having served as Head of Design, he leads DX initiatives leveraging advanced technologies such as AI. He focuses on enhancing and streamlining design and construction processes, while driving collaboration with startups, industry, academia, and public institutions to advance the integrated digitalization of architecture, engineering, construction, and building operations.
