Indo-Swiss Digital Trust Week 2025

As part of the Indo-Swiss Digital Trust Week 2025, powered by Switzerland’s innovation agency Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex, three Swiss companies will be visiting India to explore potential collaborations within India’s digital transformation ecosystem. Their focus areas include creating transparency in the steel industry using satellite data, enabling governed and trusted data exchanges in public-private environments, and enhancing methane leak monitoring with greater accuracy and efficiency using machine learning.

The startups will attend the Indian Global Innovation Connect (IGIC) in Bengaluru from June 4 to June 5 to participate in networking sessions and meet industry stakeholders. They will also be in Bengaluru and possibly other Indian cities from June 2 to June 6 and engage with Indian startups, corporates and research institutions to explore opportunities to collaborate and co-innovate.

Indo-Swiss Digital Trust Week 2025 Startups

    LaGrand

    LaGrand uses satellite-data to provide real-time, actionable insights into global steel production and supply chains. By combining satellite data with news, market and financial data, LaGrand enables companies to monitor the production activity of any steel plant worldwide, forecast price fluctuations and track metrics like CO₂ emissions. Leveraging such data-driven intelligence helps to optimise pricing strategies, anticipate market shifts, monitor competitors and strengthen market positioning to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market.

    ProDecipher

    ProDecipher offers a comprehensive methane emissions management platform designed to address regulatory pressure from schemes such as OGMP 2.0 and the EU Methane Regulation. The platform includes digital traceability solutions (emissions inventory, reporting, reconciliation and quantification) and cutting-edge gas sensors. Its machine learning-based system detects methane leaks across oil and gas operations, guiding surveyors in real time to leak sources. By providing highly accurate leak-rate estimations and enabling faster, more cost-effective surveys, ProDecipher helps reduce inspection costs by up to 50% and boosts monitoring efficiency by up to 80%. The solution supports multiple levels of methane emissions reporting, including full alignment with OGMP 2.0 Levels 1 to 5.

    Beyond Civic

    Beyond Civic was formed on the basis of a technology stack that emerged from Swisscom (largest Swiss telecommunication company) and the many years of experience in the smart cities sector. The founders have developed the cloud-native confidential computing software core, TrustRelay, to span an Urban Data Mesh, that enables public-private data collaboration. Thanks to a smart combination of central governance elements with data that is kept as decentralised as possible, they create a solution for trustworthy data exchange in a highly automated way. In Switzerland, Germany and France, Beyond Civic has been implementing projects across smart cities use-cases (energy, agriculture and environment), with various public and private actors. The founders are exploring both business and technology partnerships with Indian companies active in the smart cities space.
