Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU)Alex is a Master’s student in Business Innovation at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). During an exchange semester at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he had the opportunity of deepening his understanding of Chinese culture and language. He enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to extend his stay, complete his studies remotely, and pursue professional opportunities in China.

Nadine Aeschlimann
Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), with a focus on climate policy and sustainability. She completed an exchange at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in Fall 2024. She currently works as an intern at the City of St.Gallen’s Department of Environment & Energy, supporting public outreach for the city’s sustainability transition.

Jael Lorena Stettler
Renmin University of ChinaJael Stettler is a Master’s student in Asian and International Affairs at Renmin University of China and King’s College London. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva with an exchange at the University of Hong Kong. Her experience includes four years as a flight attendant, a one-year academic internship at the Swiss Embassy in Albania, and a three-month internship at Swiss Centers in Shanghai.
