Ready to take your first step into the Brazilian market? Applications are now open for the Q4 2025 Startup Camp powered by Innosuisse and managed by Swissnex. We offers two types of internationalization camps for Swiss startups:
In Brazil, Swissnex runs market validation and entry camps throughout the year. Each startup can choose between either Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo as a camp location and agree with Swissnex on an appropriate start date, or join a cohort organized around a sector-specific event. The startup then completes a program of one month (market validation) or three months (market entry), during which it benefits from tailored support from Swissnex. It also receives a stipend allowing it to visit the selected location during the chosen time frame.
COP30: A Key Opportunity
With COP30 set to take place in Belém this November, Q4 will be a pivotal moment for climate-focused startups in Brazil. In addition to COP, numerous other climate and sustainability events are scheduled across the country in the final quarter of the year, including key gatherings in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Together, these events will highlight Brazil’s expanding role in global climate action and offer valuable opportunities for startups driving environmental impact.
Who Can Apply?
Startups that do not fulfill either of these criteria must first apply to Innosuisse’s coaching.
What’s in the program?
Over the course of the internationalization camps, startups will get a deep dive into their chosen location. Meanwhile, Swissnex will work with each startup to develop a tailored market validation or entry program, including virtual meetings and travel to either Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo. During their stay, startups will be able to use our offices as a home base while they build their local network and explore the ecosystem. Startups may schedule their visits around relevant conferences or participate in sector-specific cohort camps. Participants will also have access to Swissnex’s network, as well as updates about relevant events and programs.
