Following the success of the first edition held in Brasília in 2023, the “Swiss-Brazilian Sustainability and Innovation Challenge” returns this year as part of swisstech @ Web Summit Rio 2025, in the presence of Andrea Caroni, President of the Swiss Council of States.
This year’s session will consist of three parts: the Challenge itself, where a group of Swiss and Brazilian companies will take the stage at the swisstech Pavilion to present their sustainability-driven innovations; the high-level session Talks @ swisstech: Innovation Beyond Borders, which will take place on Stage 3 of Web Summit Rio as part of the Corporate Innovation Summit track; and the final award ceremony and networking cocktail, held once again at the swisstech Pavilion.
To recognize and incentivize the most impactful ideas, the winners will be granted a special opportunity: an invitation to participate in activities organized by Switzerland around COP 30 in Belém, Brazil, this November.
