Tim Toerber is President for Americas at Assaia. He has spent over 20 years immersed in aviation, both flying and working around aircraft. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he previously managed all scheduled airline activity at Seattle-Tacoma International airport before joining the team at Amazon AIR as it became the fastest growing air cargo operator in the industry. Since 2023 he has been part of the team at Assaia, a Swiss tech startup focused on delivering technology solutions to revolutionize aviation ground operations. ApronAI is their core product which leverages computer vision and machine learning to drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and decarbonization.

Jacques Bøgh is a Co-Founder of Beekee, a Geneva-based edtech whose can-sized Beekee Box enables partners to deploy digital classrooms everywhere, without internet or power. Since the very start of his career, he has specialized in helping startups, business units, and projects scale from scratch, including 5 startup experiences and also 9 years with superscaling public health leader Vestergaard. A graduate of HEC Paris, he has a deep love for education, and has taught the students of 8 business schools as well as refugees in his free time.

Beatriz Papoti Alves is a Ventures Analyst at Plug and Play Brazil, focusing on energy and venture capital. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from Poli-USP and has international academic experience, including research at Hasselt University in Belgium. Prior to Plug and Play, she worked at Oria Capital, where she participated in company board meetings, supported strategic decision making, and co-led the fundraising process for a new fund. At Plug and Play, she played a key role in organizing the Hydrogen Immersion, a strategic event that brought together Brazilian and international companies to foster connections and partnerships in the energy sector. She led the technical curation and managed interactions with international stakeholders, strengthening Brazil’s ties with strategic partners.
