As part of the Planetary Embassy in Belém during the UN climate summit COP30, Swissnex invites you to Rios Internos, a community-based encounter where yoga, storytelling, and Amazonian wisdom open new pathways for emotional resilience and planetary belonging. Organized in collaboration with INexo Verde, Izartezen, and Ayele Street Radio, this gathering weaves movement, breath, and lived experiences to highlight the importance of community mental health as a pillar of climate justice.
Rios Internos draws inspiration from the story of Ana Cardoso, a riverside woman from Ilha do Combu, whose journey reflects the strength and transformative potential present across Amazonian communities. Through interviews, guided practice, and a walk through the Goeldi’s living landscape, participants will explore how simple tools, presence, listening, breath, can nurture individual and collective flourishing.
The participation fee for this special event is R$ 50, and the full amount will be donated to the community of Ana Cardoso, a riverside woman from Ilha do Combu. Once your registration is approved, our team will contact you with the payment details and request proof of payment.
Bio
Izabella Jamylle is the founder of INexo Verde, an ESG consultant and regenerative strategist dedicated to integrating sustainability, consciousness, and human development. An Amazonian woman whose work is rooted in deep listening, she operates at the intersection of science, spirituality, and social transformation. She is also the creator of the Izartezen Method, a process that combines art, emotional intelligence, and communication to cultivate clarity, purpose, and authentic leadership.

Ana Maria Cardoso is an educator and community leader from Abaetetuba, Pará, with a lifelong commitment to human development and the well-being of Amazonian communities. Born in 1963, she has devoted her career to strengthening education, social cohesion, and the integral formation of riverine children across the region. A teacher by training, Ana Maria dedicated decades to the school on Ilha do Comum, where she became a pedagogical reference and a pillar of community life until her retirement. Her work continues to inspire local initiatives focused on education, care, and collective development in the Amazon.

Salvador Borges is Junior Project Manager at Swissnex in Brazil, where he contributes to advancing bilateral initiatives at the intersection of sustainability, research, and innovation between Switzerland and Brazil. Prior to this role, he supported international advocacy efforts at Child Rights Connect in Geneva, collaborating closely with the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. Salvador holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Université du Québec à Montréal and enriched his academic journey through an exchange year at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. Growing up immersed in diverse cultural contexts, he developed a strong commitment to fostering international cooperation and cross-cultural dialogue.

As Head of Programs, Vincent leads the strategic development and execution of Swissnex in Brazil’s initiatives, driving collaborations between the Swiss and Brazilian innovation ecosystems. He oversees projects in biodiversity, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, advancing international partnerships that contribute to the SDGs through joint efforts in innovation, academia, and education. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen. Brazil became the epicenter of his personal and professional journey when he began working for a local NGO in 2019, later writing his final thesis in and about the country.
From November 9 to 21, 2025, the Planetary Embassy comes to life in Belém, Brazil, on the margins of the UN climate summit COP30. Part of a series of pop-up experiences across the global Swissnex network, this edition is hosted in the zoobotanical gardens of the Goeldi Museum, a setting that blends the Amazon's biodiversity, science, ancestral wisdom, and Swiss legacy.
