The students must have an academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies, Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or any other similar field.

The program is open to bachelor students (who have completed their 2nd semester) or masters students or bachelors/masters students who have graduated not more than a year ago from the date of application. It is also open to students taking a gap year between their bachelors and masters program. Some companies are open to consider the internship content to be part of the final thesis.
